When relationships slow down the work
RE-LIER works with executive committees, managers and their teams, in companies and in the public sector. We are often called in when:
- a leadership team struggles to align and decisions are delayed;
- unspoken issues and misunderstandings wear down relationships and slow projects;
- a reorganisation, merger or change of scope unsettles people’s bearings;

Since 2014, I have supported leaders and their teams through organisational and cultural transformations. As an ICF-certified professional coach, trainer and facilitator, I focus on what happens between people: that is where most of a company’s difficulties arise, and where they can be resolved.
Before that, I spent nearly twenty years in business and law. A European law attorney in Brussels and Paris, then ten years at TDF, I went on to build a content delivery network and lead international teams at Arkena. I know from the inside the responsibilities of the people I work with.
Trained in Clear Leadership® by Gervase Bushe, I co-translated its French edition, Le Leadership par la Clarté (2022). I now develop this approach in France and French-speaking countries.
